2. Single
3. Between the ages of 18 and 25
4. With pleasing personality
5. With a minimum height of 5 feet
6. Good moral character
7. At least a graduating High School student
8. Articulate in English
9. A resident of Cebu for not less than one year
10. Willing to travel and to reign for a full term of one year
11. Must not be a participant/applicant of a beauty search during the duration of the pageant.

August 12, Thursday:  Its all the goodness of the 60s, 70s, jazz, blues and soul with the Cuaranta Band and Bob Sellner.

August 13, Friday:  It’s everything house as resident mixmasters Hans Congmon, Jude Flores and Marlon Orellano take everyone to a state of Rapture.

August 14, Saturday:  Get those dancing shoes ready. As the much celebrated Disco de Luxe takes the 80s, 90s and new wave party to a whole new level. Buckle up as Gap Mobile’s Gilbert Go is set to take you on an aural and visual journey as he debuts his video mixing of disco dance hits.

August 15, Sunday: Culimination with the ultimate retail therapy: Fashion + Cocktails, a whole night happy hour affair and trunk show featuring Cebu’s up and coming designers and retailers: Vanilla Label by Vania Romoff, Rhipstop Soul Clothing, Very Mary by Mary Ty, Glory by Ria Alazas, Willow & Jack and more.

As a special anniversary treat, Formo fanatics can get their local beer, mojitos and the special FORMO 5 cocktail for P5 from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm during the five-night celebration. August 06, 2010 – SM City, Cebu: Eco bag Launching.  SM City once again launched a new Eco Bag for this year. Unlike the typical GREEN BAGs they previously had, SM City Cebu had released new designs with colors signifying the 4 elements: air, earth, fire and water.
